Last years I found myself effortless to do any kind of sport, most of my activities are on the web or car driving what is absolutely not right for my body and health. This time I decided to break through my laziness and excuses and achieve a better appearance.
First of all I changed my eating habits by excluding meat, bread and sweets from my diet. Well, it’s so hard. Being slim by nature made me eat whatever and whenever I want to, so now it’s a really breaking point… Hope it’s worth trying.
