We’ve started a day with visiting Camera Moda Hub at the city centre near Duomo. The sweetest Beatrice from Camera Moda granted us some passes for shuttle and an access to some lounge areas during the fashion week. Then we skipped for the Simonetta Ravizza Fashion Show that was like a Fur Parade. Then we experienced Frankie Morello fashion show after which we headed to Fay and ended up a day with glorious Alberta Ferretti show.
As this Milan fashion week is the first for me, I was expecting some new experience about scheduling, performing and managing thing when there are so many people, shows, models and so on. I have only experience for the Russian fashion events so I might tell that except for the various locations and good organized shuttle thing for bringing people to the shows – everything is pretty the same. Haha. Nope of course. Everything is many levels up, not to hurt Russian fashion world. But it’s like facing the truth – here is the centre for fashion and everything is so huge and like magic that I’m almost speechless. I’m simply in love with this crazy temp and rush and luxury and beautiful people. Aww. Every show takes place in some unique location, historical place that impresses itself. Everyone – starting from volunteers and security at the door and finishing with the public gathering for the show – are perfect. Fashion feels just right here.
So I hope you enjoy some of the shots made by Sergey during the first day of the Fashion week.
